Gabi represents corporate clients in labor and employment litigation matters including discrimination and wrongful termination claims and collective actions. Gabi also regularly counsels clients in connection with workplace issues, with special emphasis on regulatory compliance issues. She has significant experience assisting clients facing OSHA inspections and citations.

  • Obtained favorable results for employers in federal and state courts and in arbitration on claims of discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, and on various state-law claims
  • Represented clients in connection with industrial accidents and response strategy and in connection with Department of Labor investigations
  • Represented employers before the EEOC, with a strong record of obtaining dismissal of numerous employee charges
  • Represented employers before the Texas Workforce Commission on claims for unemployment compensation
